Shipping and delivery policy

1. Overview
IAS Labs by Aptness.ai, operated by Aptness AI, is an online service. Plans give you access to digital features on our website. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. How your plan is delivered
- Your plan is added to the account you are signed in to when you pay. It is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes of your payment succeeding.
- You can see your plan and the date it ends on the Plan and billing page after you sign in.
- Your plan renews every billing period until you cancel, and each renewal is added to your account the same way. If you subscribe while you still have paid time left, your first payment is on the day it runs out, so you do not pay twice for the same days.
- Razorpay, our payment partner, may also email you a confirmation of your payment.
3. Where the service is available
The service is available online across India and works in a modern web browser on a phone or computer. You need your own internet connection to use it. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the pricing page before you pay.
4. If your plan is not activated
If your payment succeeded but your plan does not appear within 30 minutes, sign out and sign in again with the same account. If it is still missing, email info@aptness.ai from the email address on your account, with the payment date, amount and the Razorpay payment ID or order ID from your receipt.
We will reply within 2 working days and either activate your plan or refund the payment in full, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
